Housing estates are booming on Brisbane’s northside with Villa World continuing its momentum into the north, launching Haven on Greens, a new community at Griffin.
With 66 homes to be spread across three stages, construction is due to start early next year, with civil works already underway.
The estate follows Villa World’s success with sold-out Park Vista at Mango Hill and their 80 per cent sold Riva estate at Joyner.
Villa World development manager Andrew Ashwood said the northside was proving to be favourable for the developer due to its strong location and lifestyle fundamentals.
“Haven on Greens is within easy reach of schools, major shopping centres and recreation facilities,” Mr Ashwood said.
The land blocks range in size from 375sqm to 749sqm with home prices starting from $488,000.
The homes feature designer kitchens with stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances, double garages and full landscaping.
Haven on Greens is located just east of the Bruce Highway and close to the Dohles Rocks Road exit and within 500 metres of the North Pine river.
With a new Ikea recently launched and Costco just down the road, this is definitely an estate sitting in a prime location.
Villa World has 14 housing estates in Brisbane as well as a number on the Gold Coast and Central Coast.
Established in 1986, Villa World is Queensland’s oldest ASX-listed property developer and one of Australia’s largest housing providers.
